One of the mixed media gals challenged us to do something with a cloth bag she supplied. Of course I painted a rose bud on mine. The other little paintings were just for fun. I had not painted for a couple days what with Mothers Day and grocrry shopping. And trimming roses.
The one on the right has a checkerboard background because i snipped off the damaged end of a palette knife and wanted to see what a squared off end could do. Wet on wet acrylics. This is the result.
