I got a lovely email from my oldest Granddaughter Keena. She graduated college with a degree in Graphic Arts and is working in her field in Boston. I'm very proud of her. This was a nice newsy email and in it she shared a painting that she had done. I could not snag a copy to post here, but I'll try again. It's a beautiful white lily, painted in oils, on a dark almost black background. I hope we will stay in touch and write back and forth often. But, I know how busy a young person's life can be with room mates and fun activities and a full time job. This made my day today.
